This technique uses the Storm Release Kekkei Genkai to produce a massive thunder cloud that can infinitely absorb chakra to grow in size and strength. The amount of chakra it receives will also increase. The user can apparently channel this absorbed energy into the earth, meaning it will lead to a bigger technique. By using different seals while active, It can summon multiple red pillars of chakra in the area and/or mass-absorb multiple jutsu through a suction into his mouth.
