The Eclipse Scythe is an extremely deadly and powerful ninja tool used by Rasetsu in his vast array of different ninja weapons and trusty objects. Like all his weapons it can be summoned to his side at any time by him performing the reverse flying thunder god technique, and at the same time, send it back to storage any moment that he wishes.
