Powered by his newly obtained, ultimate state; Ultimateless Sage Mode, Rasetsu performs something which can only be described as complete and utter horror in regards to those whom are victimized by this technique. This is rather, a combination Jutsu of Rasetsu using his Oogama-Ryu Swordsmanship in conjunction with his Instantaneous Translocation technique. The technique was also called Heavenly Wrath by Hiruzen Sarutobi whom first witnessed it after being called to the battlefield by Edo Tensei. In the blink of an eye, Rasetsu will teleport and systematically behead or gut entire armies worth of opponents.
